Checkin Hero is a safety net for your guests, giving them peace of mind if there are any issues with their check-in process, from a faulty electronic key to a power outage. In these instances, Checkin Hero will refund the costs for alternate accommodations (up to $105 USD per night), meaning your guests can rest easy.

The best part? Checkin Hero is a completely free service for you, the host, and integrates seamlessly with your current guest journey.
