What is it?
A pre-authorized security deposit from the guest for up to $/£500 in damages.
How does it work?

- We collect the guest's card details and charge them a small fee to cover our incident resolution services
- If any damages occur during their stay, you report them through your Truvi dashboard
- Our Resolutions Team will review and assess the damages to determine costs
- Once costs are determined, we will refund the amount (up to $/£500) to you and charge the guest
Our Resolutions Team will handle all guest comms, simplifying and streamlining the process for you.
Please note: If desired, you can adjust the deposit amount by discussing it with your Account Manager.
