Protection Pro

What is it?

Protection from $/£500 up to $/£5,000,000 for you against significant damage caused by the guest during an approved booking.  

How does it work? 

    • Your guest passes their screening, completes their ID verification, and signs their guest agreement prior to their stay
      • New guests must sign a new agreement for each booking 
    • If the guest then causes damage between $/£500 and $/£5,000,000, you report them through your Truvi dashboard 
    • Our Resolutions Team will review and assess the damages to determine costs 
    • Once costs are determined, we will pay you within 28 days of checkout
      • If the damage was done before the guest arrived, the claim will be dropped 
      • If the guest is unreachable, Truvi will pay for the damage and the guest will be passed to debt collection

Inclusions:

    • Accidental and malicious damage
    • Damage due to theft
    • Damage to belongings/contents
    • Damage to common/shared areas

Exclusions:  

    • General wear and tear/cosmetic damage
    • Damage not caused directly by a guest
    • Bodily injury suffered by a guest or host
    • Unauthorised Pets  

Please note: If desired, you can adjust the guest agreement by discussing it with your Account Manager.
