What is it?
A non-refundable waiver the guest purchases to cover potential damages up to $/£500. The default amount is $/£35.*
This option is only available to property managers with 50+ properties.
How does it work?

- Guests pay $/£35 up front to Truvi during their guest journey
- Truvi deducts a small fee (20% of the booking fee or $/£5, whichever is greater) and the rest is sent to you at the end of each month
This means you receive the larger portion of the waivers, providing an extra revenue stream directly to you that you can use to cover any minor damages.
