Waiver Plus

What is it?

A non-refundable waiver the guest purchases to cover potential damages up to $/£500. The default amount is $/£35. This waiver is recommended for property owners with fewer than 50 properties, as Truvi takes on the risk for damages up to $/£500. 

How does it work?

    • Guests pay $/£35 up front to Truvi
    • If any damages occur during their stay, you report them through your Truvi dashboard 
    • Our Resolutions Team will review and assess the damages to determine costs 
    • Once costs are determined, we will refund the amount (up to $/£500) to you within 3-5 business days

Please Note: If desired, you can adjust the waiver amounts by discussing it with your Account Manager.
