What is it?
ID verification is a service that matches up a real-time photo of the guest with a real-time photo of their ID. If the photos match, the guest will be verified and you will then see the full booking report in your dashboard.
How does it work?

- Guest takes a real-time selfie and ID photo

- Photos are compared using facial biometric recognition

- Name is checked against the ID

- DOB is checked against the ID

- Guest is either Flagged or Approved
If the photos are flagged or do not match, Truvi Guest Services will follow up directly with the guest within 30 minutes and give them a chance to re-submit for verification. We offer this support 24/7 365 days a year.
Please note: This does not include a check for the validity of the ID itself.
