Booking Insights (Beta)

Booking Insights appear automatically in your booking reports to help you understand the potential risk associated with each booking.

What Are Booking Insights?

Booking Insights provide you with a Risk Score and a Confidence Score for each booking, along with key indicators that help you assess potential risks.

Risk Score

The Risk Score shows the potential risk of damage during the booking. A high risk score means there's a greater chance damage could occur.

The Risk Score is calculated using several key indicators:

  • Booking duration: The length of the guest's stay
  • Booking lead time: How far in advance the booking was made
  • Guest age: Whether the guest is under 21
  • Proximity: Whether the guest lives within 10 miles of the property
  • Booking patterns: Based on historical booking behavior

Confidence Score

The Confidence Score shows how confident Truvi is in the Risk Score assessment. This is based on how much information we have about the booking.

A higher Confidence Score means we have more data points to assess the booking accurately. A lower Confidence Score means we have limited information about the booking.

Understanding Your Results

When you view a booking report, you'll see the Booking Insights module displaying:

  • Risk Score: Low or High
  • Confidence Score: Low or High
  • Key Risk Indicators: Specific factors flagged for this booking (if applicable)
