Booking Reports

Learn more about how to read your booking reports 

Booking reports can be accessed in the Bookings tab in your Truvi dashboard

To open a booking report, click anywhere on the booking.

Understanding Service Statuses

The services included in each program will be displayed in the table on your booking report.

BR3

A booking with an applied custom program including Basic Screening and Basic Waiver. In this case the guest was flagged in their screening and has not yet paid their waiver.

If you have other screening services applied, they will be visible on the Booking Report 

BR4

A booking report with an applied custom program including Basic Screening, Screening Plus, ID Verification, Basic Waiver, and Basic Protection. In this case the guest has been rejected in the Screening Plus, which means they appear on our Watchlist and are not eligible for protection.

 


Status Tables

Basic Screening

Status Meaning
Rejected The guest was found on our internal watchlist, meaning that they have previously caused damages and refused to pay. Their booking will not be protected.
Flagged One or more of the guest’s contact details were flagged during the basic screening.
Approved All of the guest’s contact details were verified during the basic screening and they didn’t appear on our internal watchlist.

Screening Plus

Status Meaning
Approved Guest’s submitted details have passed the screening or been manually passed by the guest services team after review
In Review Guest’s submitted details have been raised to the guest services team to review manually and may require further action from the guest to become approved
Not Approved Guest has not yet attempted this screening service
Rejected Guest’s submitted details have been matched to the watchlist or rejected by a guest services agent

ID Verification

Status Meaning
Approved Guest’s submitted ID and selfie have passed the screening and matching or been manually passed by the guest services team after review
In Review Guest’s submitted ID and selfie have been raised to the guest services team to review manually and may require further action from the guest to become approved
Not Approved Guest has not yet attempted this screening service
Rejected Guest’s submitted ID and selfie have been manually flagged as fraudulent or inappropriate by the guest services team after review

Sex Offender Check

Status Meaning
Approved Guest’s submitted details have passed the check against the US sex offender registry either after a manual review or because there was no match
In Review Guest’s submitted details have been matched to the US sex offender registry automatically and therefore a member of the guest services team is investigating to confirm the match
Not Approved Guest has not yet attempted this screening service
Rejected Guest’s submitted details have been matched to the US sex offender registry after a review

Basic Deposit

Status Meaning
Not paid Guest has not yet authorized their deposit and the booking is not protected.
Paid Guest has authorized their deposit.

Basic Waiver

Status Meaning
Not paid Guest has not yet paid their waiver and the booking is not protected.
Paid Guest has paid their waiver.

Waiver Plus

Status Meaning
Not paid Guest has not yet paid their waiver and the booking is not protected.
Paid Guest has paid their waiver.

Waiver Pro

Status Meaning
Confirmed Waiver Pro is confirmed for the booking.
Rejected The booking was rejected during the screening and is not protected.

Booking protection

Booking protection is automatically calculated and applied to all listings that have a program applied with either Basic Protection or Protection Plus.


Guest Progress

  1. The booking created checkbox will be checked when the booking is created and pulled into the Truvi Dashboard.
  2. The Guest journey started checkbox will be checked when the guest completes the first step (the “Details”) step in the guest verification journey.
  3. The Guest journey completed checkbox will be checked when the guest completes all necessary steps.BR5

If there are outstanding items, the report will return a “Not Approved” status.

Insights

The insights panel will show you updates on each booking.

If a guest has not completed their guest journey, you can share a reminder link

  • If your guest was rejected in their initial screening, we recommend that you cancel the booking using the below cardBR8
