Understanding Service Statuses
The products included in your applied program will be visible within the booking report. 
Details about the statuses of each product can be found in our product pages.
Status Tables
Screening
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | The guest's details have been verified and they did not appear on Truvi's watchlist. |
| Flagged | One or more of the guest’s contact details were flagged. |
| Rejected | The guest appeared on Truvi's watchlist. In this instance, the booking will not be protected and the host will not be charged. Cancellation recommended. |
ID Verification
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | Guest’s submitted ID and selfie have passed the screening and matching or been manually passed by the guest services team after review |
| In Review | Guest’s submitted ID and selfie have been raised to the guest services team to review manually and may require further action from the guest to become approved |
| Not Approved | Guest has not yet attempted this screening service |
| Rejected | Guest’s submitted ID and selfie have been manually flagged as fraudulent or inappropriate by the guest services team after review |
Criminal Background Check
| Result | Definition |
| Pending | The guest information has not been completed and the check has not yet been run |
| In Review | Our guest services team needs to investigate and verify the report |
| Approved | The guest has not returned any crimes in the last seven years OR The guest did not enter a US address |
| Flagged | The check returned a crime within the last seven years |
Sex Offender Check
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | Guest’s submitted details have passed the check against the US sex offender registry either after a manual review or because there was no match |
| In Review | Guest’s submitted details have been matched to the US sex offender registry automatically and therefore a member of the guest services team is investigating to confirm the match |
| Not Approved | Guest has not yet attempted this screening service |
| Rejected | Guest’s submitted details have been matched to the US sex offender registry after a review |
