Change your account details

You can change your name and phone number yourself. To change your email address or company name, contact us. 

Change your name or phone number

1. Go to Settings, then Profile.
2. Edit your First name, Last name, Country code or Phone number.
3. Click Save.

Change your email address or company name

Contact us through Get help in your Truvi dashboard, and we’ll update it for you.

Change your password

1. Sign out of Truvi.
2. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
3. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
4. Open the email we send you and follow the link to set a new password.

Close your account

You’ll find Terminate account at the bottom of your Profile page. Cancel your Truvi account explains what happens and how to reopen it.
