Managing Guest Interaction by Channel

Once you’ve connected a PMS, you can choose to remove our guest interaction services for bookings through specific booking channels.

  1. In the left-hand navigation bar, click on Settings and then click on Channel Management.

    There will be a list of all of your integrated PMS channels. To turn off all Guest Interaction services, use the toggle next to each channel.
  2. A pop-up will confirm that you would like to exclude the services from that channel. Click Confirm and apply

    Please note that this will not exclude bookings that have already been pulled through.

  3. If you would like to toggle a channel back on and start applying guest services again, simple toggle it back and click Confirm and apply

  4. Once you have excluded a channel, you will be able to see that the guest services have been removed in the booking report, on the bottom right-hand side.
