What is a guest agreement?
The guest agreement outlines the governing terms between the guest, the host, and Truvi. It is included within the booking process, and the guest is required to sign it for the host to qualify for Truvi’s protection services.
A customized guest agreement can be adjusted to reflect specific house rules for each property, e.g. no smoking, no pets, or no parties.
Please note that there are some sections that must be included in all guest agreements and cannot be customized.

Guidelines for uploading a custom guest agreement to the Truvi platform
These Guidelines govern the Host’s (“you” or “your”) action of uploading your terms (“Custom Guest Agreement”) onto Truvi’s Platform. The Host agrees to comply with these Guidelines at all times and shall be liable for any breach thereof.
- Compliance with Truvi's Terms and Conditions:
1.1. Any reference to fees collected from a guest by Truvi for any of the services it provides must be in line with Truvi's terms and conditions and platform for each service.
1.2. The terms and conditions of Truvi's services applicable to guests will be provided directly to the guest during Truvi's guest journey. Any details of Truvi's services will be outlined in those terms and do not need to be described in your Custom Guest Agreement being uploaded. You may mention your partnership with Truvi within your Custom Guest Agreement. - Access to Terms and Conditions:
2.1. Truvi's terms and conditions can be found within the Learning Hub.
2.2. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any amendments to these terms from time to time and to reflect these changes in your Custom Guest Agreement. - Brand Consistency:
3.1. Any reference to our partnership will be in accordance with the materials supplied by Truvi's marketing team.
3.2. Truvi is not an insurance provider and should not be referenced as such. - Legal Compliance:
4.1. You shall:
4.1.1. ensure that the Custom Guest Agreement uploaded will comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations; and
4.1.2. seek legal advice if necessary to ensure full compliance. - Indemnity:
5.1. By uploading the Custom Guest Agreement, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truvi Technologies Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Truvi") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the terms uploaded by yourself.
