Integration Guide: Escapia
How to integrate Escapia with Truvi
- To start the process, you will first need to email Escapia Partner Support: partnersupport@escapia.com
- Subject: Enablement Request: Truvi

- Await Confirmation
- Within 48 hours, a member of the Escapia Partner Support team will send a reply indicating that the Network Partner (Truvi) has been added.
- In your Truvi dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Scroll the list to find Escapia and click Connect

- Check the box "I have read and agree to Truvi’s terms and conditions" and click "Accept terms"

- In another tab, login to your Escapia account, locate your Client ID.
This can be found at the top-right by clicking the Profile icon in Escapia and it's the 4 digit account number.
- Now paste the Client ID the corresponding field in your Truvi dashboard and click Connect

- In your Escapia account, there are some additional settings that will also need to be configured:

Enable New Network Partner (EscapiaNET)
- Navigate to Admin > Setup > EscapiaNET > Network Partners
- Scroll down the list of available partners until you locate Truvi
- Check the box to select it
- Click Save & Finish

Distribute Units to Network Partner
- Navigate to Admin > Setup > EscapiaNET > Unit Distribution
- Click on Truvi in the Network Partners list
- In the new window, check the box next to each unit that you wish to distribute.
- Click Close

Enable HSAPI Permissions
- Navigate to Admin > Setup > Vrbo Software Partner
- Locate Truvi and click Manage Partner
- At the top, check the box next to Enable Partner
- Scroll down the list and enable the following API methods:
- Guests:
- searchGuests
- getGuestById
- Marketing:
- ListMarketingCategories
- Reservations:
- searchReservationSummaries
- getReservationByNumber
- getReservationById
- getReservationChanges
- Guests:
v. Click Save.
