Things to Consider
- Pushback? - Yes. We push back the booking status to the Guesty dashboard.
- Can integrate with multiple Truvi accounts? - No
- We only integrate with Guesty Pro (and not Guesty for Hosts).
- Please ensure that all property addresses in Guesty are selected from the autocomplete results.
- The country for North America should always be USA (not United States or US)
- Once the integration token is generated, it is only valid for 3 hours. If the token is not used within this time, you will need to generate another one.
- As of 23rd October 2023, the field we create and update in Guesty changed name from issuperhogverified to superhogverified
FAQs
-
Guesty communications: How do Guesty clients create and trigger custom workflows with the Superhog verification URL?
Log into Guesty → Automations → Messages → Create a custom workflow Configure the triggers and settings. Use the variable
in the template
-
Can hosts set up email triggers in Guesty based on whether a guest is Superhog verified?
Yes. Hosts can use Guesty’s superhogverified field as an "additional condition" when creating message triggers. This means that hosts can set a trigger in Guesty to send a message a certain amount of time before/after an event (e.g. check-in or confirmation) and then ALSO that it only goes out if the field superhogverified = true
