Integration Guide: Hospitable

How to integrate Hospitable with Truvi

IMPORTANT: If you need to re-authenticate an existing connection, see below.

  1. In your Truvi dashboard, naviagate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Scroll the list to find Hospitable and click ConnectHospitable1
  3. Check the box "I have read and agree to Truvi’s terms and conditions" and click "Accept terms"

  4. Configure the set-up
    1. Check the box Exclude AirBnb bookings if applicable

  5. Click Get Your Authenticantion CodeHospitable3
  6. You will then be prompted to login to your Hospitable account
  7. You will be redirected to the correct page. Then click on Authorize TruviHospitable4

 

Re-authentication

If you are already connected to Hostfully and only need to re-authenticate, follow these steps

  1. Settings > Integration
  2. Click on the blue pencil icon next to the Hospitable connection

  3. Click Edit integration
  4. Now follow the steps from Step 4 of this guide above

 

Things to Consider

If your Hospitable account is connected to Truvi, our short code guest_portal_truvi will become available in the messaging templates. This will populate the Truvi reservation-specific link.

To use the short code:

  1. Click on Messaging rules

  2. Select the template in which you wish to send the Truvi link

  3. Click on the part within your message body where you want to insert the link

  4. Start typing % then scroll down the menu that appears, and select %guest_portal_truvi%.

     

  5. The reservation-specific link will be automatically populated when the message is prepared for a guest.
