Things to Consider

  • We import the Public Name from Hostfully (as opposed to Hostfully's Property Name)
  • Pushback - Yes. We pushback the verification status, but as a risk score. We also send the verification URL to Hostfully.
  • AirBnb Exclusion? - Yes
  • Can integrate with multiple Truvi accounts? - Yes
  • In the Hostfully dashboard, it is first necessary to navigate to Integrations > Truvi > Toggle on > Then toggle on the desired properties at listing level. If this is not done, the Agency UID does not work.

FAQs

  • The scores seen in the Hostfully dashboard are either 10 or 80 - and not 1, 40, 60 or 100.

This indicates that the host is using Hostfully’s Know Your Guest Lite integration. See here for more details.
