Integration Guide: Hostfully

How to integrate Hostfully with Truvi

  1. In your Truvi dashboard, naviagate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Scroll the list to find Hostfully and click ConnectHostfully1
  3. Check the box "I have read and agree to Know Your Guest's terms and conditions" and click "Accept terms"

  4. Configure the set-up
    1. Check the box Exclude AirBnb bookings if applicable
    2. Check the box Exclude Vrbo bookings if applicableGuesty6
  5. In your Hostfully account, navigate to Integrations > Truvi > Toggle on
    NOTE! If this is not done, the Agency UID mentioned in the steps below will not work.Hostfully2
  6. Click on Settings to view the listings and toggle ON all the properties that you would like to connect to Truvi
    Note! You can also use the “Toggle All” feature to select all properties.Hostfully4

  7. Now navigate to your Company’s Name (top-right), click the dropdown menu and select Agency Settings

  8. Scroll to the very bottom of the page to find the Agency UID in the footer and copy to your clipboard.

  9. Head back over to Truvi and paste the Agency UID into the corresponding field

  10. Click Connect

Important Considerations

  • We import the Public Name from Hostfully (as opposed to Hostfully's Property Name)
