How to connect OwnerRez

What you'll need before you start

You'll sign in to OwnerRez partway through, so have your OwnerRez login details to hand.

How to connect

1. In Truvi, open Settings.
2. Select Integrations.
3. Scroll the list to find OwnerRez.
4. Click Connect.
5. To stop Airbnb bookings importing into Truvi, check Exclude AirBnb bookings. Excluded bookings do not appear in your dashboard and cannot be protected.
6. To stop Vrbo bookings importing into Truvi, check Exclude Vrbo bookings.
7. Check the box that reads: I authorize Truvi to access my account data and agree to the Integration Terms. Credentials are encrypted end-to-end.
8. Click Get Your Authentication Code. This button stays greyed out until you have checked the box.
9. Sign in to your OwnerRez account.
10. Click Authorize. You may see our former brand name, Superhog, on this screen.

Truvi takes you to your Listings page and confirms the connection.

What gets imported, and how long it takes

Your listings appear within about a minute, switched off. Apply a program to activate them.

To change which bookings are excluded later, open Settings and select Integrations. OwnerRez appears at the top of the list with the exclusion options next to it. Changes take effect at the next import. Bookings made while a channel is excluded are never imported, even if you include that channel again later.

If your listings or bookings don't appear

Your listings should appear within about a minute. If none did, check that each listing in OwnerRez has a full address, including the town or city.

If your bookings were arriving and have stopped, reconnect OwnerRez using the steps below.

Reconnect OwnerRez

1. In Truvi, open Settings.
2. Select Integration.
3. Click the blue pencil icon next to the OwnerRez connection.
4. Click Edit integration.
5. Follow steps 5 to 10 above.
