How to connect Rentals United

What you'll need before you start

Your Rentals United username and password.

How to connect

1. In Truvi, open Settings.
2. Select Integrations.
3. Scroll the list to find Rentals United.
4. Click Connect. The panel asks you to contact your account manager for authentication details. You don't need to. Use your own Rentals United login.
5. Enter your Rentals United username and password into the corresponding fields.
6. Check the box that reads: I authorize Truvi to access my account data and agree to the Integration Terms. Credentials are encrypted end-to-end.
7. Click Connect. This button stays greyed out until both fields are filled in and the box is checked.

Truvi takes you to your Listings page and confirms the connection.

What gets imported, and how long it takes

Your listings appear within about a minute, switched off. Apply a program to activate them.

If your listings or bookings don't appear

Your listings should appear within about a minute. If none did, check that each listing in Rentals United has a full address, including the town or city.

If your bookings were arriving and have stopped, contact support.
