Integration Guide: Track HS

How to integrate Track HS with Truvi

  1. In your Truvi dashboard, naviagate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Scroll the list to find Track HS and click ConnectTrackHS1
  3. Check the box "I have read and agree to Truvi’s terms and conditions" and click "Accept terms"

  4. In a new tab log in to your TrackHs account
  5. Click on the ⚙️ gear icon (top-right)TrackHS2
  6. In the PMS Setup tab, click on Distribution ChannelsTrackHS3

  7. Follow the steps below to add Truvi to the Distribution Channel List:
    1. Click on Create Channel > NewChannel
    2. Name the channel Truvi
    3. Reservation Type: Guest Direct
    4. Click Save Channel at the bottom
  8. Upon saving, you will be returned to the channel list. type "Truvi" in the search bar to relocate it and click Edit to see the details
  9. In the API Key section (top-right), copy the info and paste into the corresponding Truvi fields:
    1. Domain Name: Everything between https:// and .track
      (Example: api-integration-example.stg-3)
    2. Key: Server Key (in Truvi)
    3. Secret Server Secret (in Truvi)
