Managing your Billing and Payments

Your billing page is your hub for all payment-related settings. Here you can:

  • Add your card details for direct debits
  • Add your bank account details so we can send resolution payouts directly to you
  • Access the Truvi customer portal to view and download your invoices

Action Item: We recommend keeping your billing information accurate and up-to-date to avoid any invoice or payment processing delays.

These are still processed in your Airwallex portal.
