Manage your billing and invoices
Truvi charges per booking and sends you an invoice each month. Services are billed in the month in which the check-in date occurs.
You manage your payment method and invoices in Settings, under Billing.
Add or change your payment method
- Go to Settings, then Billing.
- Under Payment method, click Add payment method.
- Follow the steps to enter your card or bank details.
View and download your invoices
We email your invoice to you each month. To see and download your past invoices:
- Go to Settings, then Billing.
- Click Customer Portal.
- Under Invoices, click an invoice to open it, or click the download icon next to it.
Your invoices will open in Hyperline, the system we use for billing.
Pay an outstanding invoice
- Go to Settings, then Billing, and click Customer Portal.
- Under Invoices, click the invoice.
- Choose Credit card or Bacs Direct Debit, and enter your details.
- Click Proceed.
See what you were charged for
- In the Customer Portal, click Subscription details.
- Click the eye icon next to a service to see each charge.
- To download the list, click Export CSV.
Your subscription lists every Truvi service, but you’re only charged for the ones you use.
If a payment fails
We retry failed payments automatically. If your card has expired or isn’t valid, we’ll email you so you can update your payment method.
Update your billing address
Go to Settings, then Billing, to update your billing address.
What your invoice statuses mean
Your invoices also appear in your Wallet, with one of these statuses:
- To Pay: the invoice is outstanding.
- Paid: the invoice has been settled.
- Closed: the invoice is closed.
- Error: something went wrong. Contact us through Get help in your Truvi dashboard.
An invoice with To Pay status stops you withdrawing money from your Wallet until it’s paid.
Bank details for claim payouts
To add the bank account we pay claims into, see Get paid after a claim is approved.
