A listing with no program applied is switched off automatically. To turn it on, see Apply a program.
Understanding Your Listing Status

The listing is active in Truvi and bookings are being pulled through from your connected property management system |
| Off |
The listing is not active in Truvi and bookings are not being pulled through from your property management system Please note: listings without an applied program will be automatically turned off. To turn them on, select a program and apply it to the listing |
| Inactive | The listing has been turned off in your property management system |
When your listings update
Your listings sync once a day, overnight. If you add or change a listing in your PMS today, it appears in your Truvi dashboard tomorrow morning.
When you first connect a PMS, your listings appear within about a minute.
