Partners Guide: Screen & Protect- How Accountless Claims Work

When one of your customers needs to submit a claim, they don't need a Truvi account to do it. You simply share a link, and the rest takes care of itself.

How it works

When a booking is created through your platform, Truvi generates a unique link tied to that specific booking. You store this link and share it with your customers whenever they need to submit a claim.

What your customer experience

  • They receive a claims link from you (however you choose to share it)

  • They click it and land on a pre-filled claims form

  • They complete only the claim-specific details

  • They submit — and Truvi handles the rest

If your customer start filling it in and need to come back later, the link still works and their progress is saved.
