New Feature

Booking Insights (Beta)

We've added Booking Insights to your booking reports. This new feature automatically provides a Risk Score and Confidence Score for each booking, along with key risk indicators like booking lead time, guest age, and proximity to the property.

Booking Insights are informational only and do not affect your protection or screening status. We'd love to hear your feedback on this beta feature as we continue to refine it.

Update to our Protection T&Cs

To help keep our protection service sustainable and fair for all users, we’ve introduced a new protection limit for individual contents. STR
Protection will include a maximum payout of £2,500* for any single item, pair, or set of contents valued (new) above that amount.

What This Means:
  • Contents under £2,500: protection remains unchanged.
  • Contents over £2,500 : These higher-value items will still be covered, but payouts will be capped at £2,500 per item.
  • Exception: This limit does not apply to items securely stored in a locked safe that’s inaccessible to guests.
We’ve made this adjustment to ensure we can continue offering dependable protection for the majority of claims while keeping the service sustainable for everyone.

Usability Improvements

Program Page

Users can now activate programs directly from their programs page and apply them to selected listings. They will see an activation confirmation pop-up and confirmation of success.

We've added our custom program builder back into the dashboard, removing the support form and allowing users to build their own programs with our updated and streamlined products.

We've redesigned our program tiles to display protection amounts, the number of listings the program is applied to, and the number of bookings it's been run on.
