Truvi's screening product instantly screens guests and secures bookings
Truvi's screening product runs automatically on every booking and instantly returns the results in a booking report. It requires no interaction between Truvi and the guest, allowing for a frictionless experience.
Here's what it checks:
Guest name: Truvi runs the guest's name through our internal watchlist of guests who have previously caused damage and refused to pay for it. If there is a protection product also applied, these bookings will not be protected.
Phone: Truvi verifies that the phone number is deliverable and not disposable.
Email: Truvi verifies that the email is deliverable and not temporary or disposable.
Booking Report Statuses
| Approved | The email and phone number are deliverable and not disposable. The guest is not on our watchlist. |
| Flagged | The phone number or email are either disposable or undeliverable. |
| Rejected | The guest is on our Truvi watchlist. If there is protection in the applied program, it will not be applied for this booking. |
