The sex offender check runs guest information through the US National Sex Offender Registry and flags any matches.
How does it work?
- We collect the guest’s name, address, and date of birth during screening
- We automatically check the information against the US National Sex Offenders Registry
- If the guest is flagged, we will reach out to you directly
Results will be returned as follows:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | Guest’s submitted details have passed the check against the US sex offender registry either after a manual review or because there was no match |
| In Review | Guest’s submitted details have been matched to the US sex offender registry automatically and therefore a member of the guest services team is investigating to confirm the match |
| Pending | Guest has not yet attempted this screening service |
| Rejected | Guest’s submitted details have been matched to the US sex offender registry after a review |
Please note: In the state of Arizona, this check is required by law for all vacation rental guests.
Pricing Table
Billed per booking, charged in the month of the check-in date.
If the guest is not from the US, the check will not run and the fee will not be charged.
