Your Listings Page

The Listings page shows all your listings, whether each one is on, and the program and protection applied to it.

What each listing status means

  • On: the listing has a program, and its bookings are imported and screened.
  • Off: the listing has no program, or you’ve turned it off. Its bookings aren’t imported.
  • Inactive: the listing has been turned off in your PMS.

A listing with no program is switched off automatically, and a banner at the top of the page tells you. To turn it on, apply a program.

Create a listing

  1. Go to Listings.
  2. Click Create listing.
  3. Fill in the listing’s details and save it.

Listings you create show Manual next to their name. Their bookings don’t import automatically: add them yourself or send your guest a One-Step Link.

Apply or change a program

  1. Tick the box next to each listing you want to change.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. Select Add/Change programs.

Turn a listing off

  1. Tick the box next to the listing.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. Select Turn Listing Off.

To turn it back on, tick the box and use Actions again.

When your listings update

Listings from your PMS update every 24 hours, so a change you make in your PMS can take up to a day to appear. When you first connect your PMS, your listings appear within about a minute.
