This article outlines how to record cancelled bookings in the Superhog platform.
Recording cancellations in Superhog is only necessary for users with our One Step Link (OSL) integration.
Please note that cancelling a booking in Superhog will only cancel the verification and not the actual booking on the relevant platform.
To record a cancellation in Superhog, please conduct the following steps:
- In your Superhog account, navigate to Bookings.
- Locate the guest who you need to cancel the verification for. You can use the search function at the top to easily find the required guest.
- Click on the three dots (...) to the right of the guest’s Status and click Cancel verification.
If you have an active Property Management System (PMS) integration, cancelled bookings will automatically update in Superhog.
