How to change the guest email templates

This article explains how to edit guest email communications in the Superhog platform.

If you are using Superhog's guest verification emails, you have the option to modify the email body text.

To update them, please complete the following steps:

 

Emails that have Customise template use the base Superhog communication template. Any that show both Edit and Reset template, have been previously edited or updated.

 

  1. In your Superhog account, navigate to Emails.
  2. Expand the Superhog guest emails section.

  3. Click Customise template.

  4. Make the desired edits and click Save.

If you would like to make any edits in the future, simply click Edit

Resetting the template will change it back to the base Superhog template, not the previous version of an edited template if you have made changes.

 

If you are using your own communications via automated messaging or your Property Management System (PMS), you have full control over all messaging.

 

You can deactivate any Superhog communications by selecting the toggle in the Enabled column.
