      How to download the signed terms and conditions by a guest

      This article outlines how a host can download the signed terms and conditions by a guest in the Superhog platform.

      The terms and conditions that were signed by a guest can only be downloaded for approved bookings. To download these, complete the following steps: 

      1. In your Superhog account, navigate to Bookings.
      2. Locate the guest who you need to download the signed terms and conditions for. You can use the search function at the top to easily find the required guest.
      3. Click on the three dots (...) to the right of the guest’s Status and click View Contract.

      The signed terms and conditions will open in a separate tab on your browser, with the option to download them for that specific guest.
