What is it?
Screening Plus is a screening process that provides you with more detailed information about your guests. Guests are asked to input their details, which are then used to build a report that will be placed in your dashboard.

Please Note: A guest must pass our screening in order for them to qualify for Damage Protection services.
What do we check with guest screening?

- Verified Guest: Previously screened and approved
- Watchlist Check: Flagged for potential risk

- Email Verification: Checks age of email and association with online accounts. (e.g. Netflix, Google, Facebook)

- Valid Phone Number: Confirms deliverability and SIM type (disposable vs. contract)

- VPN Detection: Identifies potential location masking

- Address Confirmation: Matches IP address and address inputted
For returning trusted guests, Truvi recognises their positive history and streamlines the process.
Please note: If the CS teams receives enough information by email, they can override this step and manually approve guests in the internal dashboard.
