This article outlines how to understand the Know Your Guest report in the Superhog platform.

To access the Know Your Guest report, click the three dots next to the relevant guest, and click Know Your Guest Report.
This will give you a detailed report of all the checks that Superhog has completed on the guest, as per your account's settings, including the following:
Flags
This section encompasses all of our intelligent guest screening checks. The scale ranges from 0 to 100.
When a guest accumulates 11 or more points, they are flagged.
Identity
This section includes guest data, including whether their ID was scanned and whether they paid a damage waiver or damage deposit.
IP information
This section displays the IP address from which your guest completed the Intelligent Guest Screening.
It is compared with the address they provided during the guest journey. If there is a significant disparity between the two, it will be flagged.
Email address
This section indicates whether the email provided by your guest was deliverable, confirming its validity as a real email address.
Addresses
This section displays both the guest's address and their IP geolocation.
Phone information
This section displays the guest's phone number, their carrier, and the reachability status.
Additionally, it indicates if it is a disposable phone to verify the authenticity of the provided phone number.
