This article outlines how to see if a guest chose a waiver or deposit in the Superhog platform.

To see if a guest chose a damage waiver or deposit, complete the following steps:
- In your Superhog account, navigate to Bookings.
- Locate the relevant guest. You can use the search function at the top to easily find them.
- Click on the three dots (...) to the right of the guest’s Status and click Know Your Guest Report.
- Navigate to the Identity section, and near the bottom, you will find Payment Validation, indicating whether they have paid either the damage waiver or deposit.
Payment validation | Description |
Waiver | The guest paid the waiver. |
Fee | The guest paid the deposit service fee and authorized the deposit amount. They will only be charged if you report damages to us through the Resolutions Center. |
NoCover | The guest chose to proceed without added protection from Superhog. |
