How to check if a guest chose a damage waiver or deposit

This article outlines how to see if a guest chose a waiver or deposit in the Superhog platform.

To see if a guest chose a damage waiver or deposit, complete the following steps:

  1. In your Superhog account, navigate to Bookings.
  2. Locate the relevant guest. You can use the search function at the top to easily find them.
  3. Click on the three dots (...) to the right of the guest’s Status and click Know Your Guest Report.
  4. Navigate to the Identity section, and near the bottom, you will find Payment Validation, indicating whether they have paid either the damage waiver or deposit.

Payment validation Description
Waiver The guest paid the waiver.
Fee The guest paid the deposit service fee and authorized the deposit amount. They will only be charged if you report damages to us through the Resolutions Center.
NoCover The guest chose to proceed without added protection from Superhog.
