Truvi's protection is designed to work alongside our screening product to protect rental properties during bookings.
How does it work?
Once a booking is confirmed, the screening runs instantly and the results are displayed in the booking report.
Bookings that are 'Approved' or 'Flagged' will automatically be protected for the chosen amount.
Bookings that are 'Rejected' will not qualify for protection. If a guest is rejected or they cancel their booking ahead of time, the protection fee will not be charged.
If any damage occurs during the booking, the host can submit an incident report and our resolutions team will confirm the report and pay out for assessed costs.
Protection Levels
We currently offer three protection levels for our pre-set programs, allowing hosts to select the amount best suited to each property.
0-500 Protection is ideal for frequent smaller damages
0-50,000 Protection is the best option to protect against both frequent small damages and larger, more costly incidents.
500-1,000,000 Protection is designed for hosts who already have a smaller damage deposit or waiver set up, but want extra protection for larger, more costly incidents.
