Truvi's protection is designed to work alongside our screening product to protect rental properties during bookings.
How does it work?
Once a booking is confirmed, Truvi automatically runs screening and assesses the booking's risk profile using our data-driven risk model. The results are displayed in your booking report.
Protection eligibility is determined by the risk assessment — not just screening outcomes. The vast majority of bookings will be protected as normal. For the rare booking that exceeds our risk threshold, protection won't apply and you won't be charged.
Bookings that are Rejected (guest found on our watchlist) or cancelled will not qualify for protection and you will not be charged.
If any damage occurs during a booking, the host can submit an claim and our resolutions team will confirm the report and pay out for assessed costs.
