Read your booking report
Every booking has a booking report. It shows whether the booking is protected, each check’s result, and your guest’s details. To open it, go to Bookings and click the booking.
Protection
The top section shows whether the booking is Protected or Not protected, and its protection range.
Protection Eligibility
This section shows the booking’s risk rating as a score and a level. It also lists any key risk indicators and the Data confidence score. Check whether a booking is protected explains what each one means.
Booking Details
This section shows your guest’s name, phone number and email address. It also shows the listing, the booking dates and the booking source.
Your program and check results
This section is named after the program applied to the booking. It lists each check with its result. Click More info next to a check for more detail.

Guest Progress
This section shows each step your guest has completed.
